The interim manager is regularly entrusted with challenging commercial projects. These can be found in both the build-up and restructuring sectors. He works mainly in the innovation and technology environment. In addition to consulting mandates, he also supports clients in the medium to long term in the role of interim manager.
After more than 25 years of freelance work, he can look back on numerous mandates in Germany and abroad in small, medium-sized and large companies as well as mandates in start-ups and in growth and maturity phases.
The banker and business economist combines strategic consulting with entrepreneurial activities. He is convinced of the added value of combining consulting and entrepreneurship. His goal is to use the innovative power of organizations to transform processes.
As an assertive team player, he has the leadership skills to build and lead strong and independent teams.
He gained his first practical experience in the business administration department of a group of companies in the aluminium industry. After a merger, he moved to the group headquarters in Linz/Vienna as a Group Division Controller as part of a high-potential selection process. As part of this position, he was able to complete further training (Controller Degree) at the HERNSTEIN Institute in Vienna.
The next professional step led him to a medium-sized auditing and management consultancy firm. As part of this activity, he worked alongside the managing partner and liquidator in Leipzig for the Treuhandanstalt. Here, he dealt with the preparation of annual financial statements and liquidation reports as well as trust reporting.
