More about the interim manager

The interim manager sees himself as a restructurer and reorganizer for medium-sized companies. He takes a holistic view of companies and their development: from structural and process organization to management and finance through to operational issues.

"All things are difficult before they become easy." This guiding principle also accompanies the interim manager in another key area, coaching the management team: from shareholder to group leader level.

After more than 30 years as Chief Financial Officer in manufacturing companies, service companies and private universities, the interim manager has a wealth of experience, which he has been continuously expanding as an interim manager in a wide variety of mandates since 2004.

His personal motivation lies in particular in working on temporary projects. He is not interested in long-term "administrative tasks". With his focus on restructuring, he cultivates leadership in cooperation with absolutely open communication.

Another motto, "There is only one way - and that is straight ahead", is something the interim manager always lives up to in his daily work. His indispensable motivation lies in handing over the task after the situation has been resolved to successors who enjoy working on and developing the matter in a sustainable manner.

The interim manager always works on an interdisciplinary basis. For him, it is very clear that companies can only be successful in the long term if optimized, structural, professional and functional conditions come together with modern leadership and motivated employees. This is why he optimizes teams, supports them in resolving conflicts and coaches both management and employees.
