More about the interim manager
The interim manager is a finance executive with experience in consulting and auditing and has held several positions as CEO, CFO and CRO. With a degree in business administration, he prefers to take on mandates as CFO or in comparable management positions as well as in complex finance projects. His focus is on the sustainable solution of liquidity issues, the development and optimization of financial areas as well as target group-oriented reporting - internally and externally. The transparent involvement and further development of the teams is always close to his heart.
After 15 years as an employee, the interim manager became self-employed in 2020. He takes on interim and consulting mandates in start-ups and medium-sized companies in the media, IT, technology, manufacturing, trade and service sectors.
After completing his business studies, the interim manager's first career paths led him into medium-sized consulting and auditing. The auditing of annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) and the preparation of planning calculations were among his main areas of focus at MSW GmbH. He then took on the positions of CFO and CRO at the best-known German dubbing studio, Berliner Synchron AG, where he was appointed to the Management Board after one and a half years. His main focus was on building up a powerful finance team and establishing a crisis-resistant liquidity management system. On this basis, he was able to realize strategic projects such as the sale of the operating GmbH and the liquidation of the parent company as part of an insolvency in self-administration. The manager then took on the role of CEO and CFO of Berliner Synchron GmbH. Following the successful recapitalization and relocation as well as the successful restructuring of the operating business, the interim manager was involved in the sale of the company to an international group. Through further national acquisitions, the company, now trading as IYUNO Germany GmbH, advanced to become the German market leader.
The value of companies is based on the interaction of employees and processes that are organized in different divisions. A holistic depiction of the economic situation can only be achieved by taking people, processes and their environment into account. The interim manager sees himself as part of the whole and supports this process through a team-oriented management approach in which transparency, responsibility and authenticity are of great importance.
