More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an internationally experienced finance specialist. His work focuses on the strategic development, management and restructuring of business units in large corporations and medium-sized companies with the clear aim of achieving a sustainable increase in company value. In addition to traditional CFO tasks, he also focuses on the digitalization of financial processes (SAP migration).
In his most recent project, the interim manager developed a corporate management concept for a start-up of a young, listed e-commerce company that strengthened the financially supported expansion of the company's divisions. In another project, he successfully supported a post-merger integration for a well-known supplier of functional and outdoor clothing. In another project, he restructured the shared service center of an international sub-group of a family office in the luxury textile industry. This laid the foundation for the successful sale for the group.
Versatile expertise from corporations, owner-managed SMEs and start-ups
Before becoming self-employed, the financial expert (interim manager since 2016) mainly worked in (listed) multinational companies. He also has experience from owner-managed SMEs and start-ups. He is regarded as a pragmatic strategist who quickly implements the developed strategies at an operational level.
Having developed, corrected and implemented strategic corporate management concepts many times across various industries (telecommunications, logistics, e-commerce, system catering, mechanical engineering), he has a holistic view of companies. For him, the focus is on the networked thinking and actions of an organization. He is firmly convinced that the complexity of today's tasks can no longer be mastered with a silo mentality. And that the people involved ultimately determine the success of a project: That is why he puts people at the center and focuses on involving all those affected early and comprehensively in finding solutions. By formulating objectives at an early stage, the interim manager has repeatedly succeeded very well in creating acceptance for change in organizations and thus ensuring that projects are highly effective.
His engaging approach is supported by an empathetic management style that focuses on the team concept - and by diplomatic skills in dealing with conflicts.
