More about the interim manager

The interim manager focuses on managing companies and business units that are facing a transformation or reorientation. His core competencies lie in performance-related restructuring, preferably of companies in the IT and software segment, where a focus on financial management and the conception of a future-oriented business strategy is required.

The interim manager is an operationally experienced executive with an "entrepreneurial gene". He knows how to quickly adapt to new corporate realities and change them in such a way that the business results develop in the sense of a sustainable presence of the company on the market.

His particular passion lies in change work with the people in an organization. He focuses his attention on personal development as the basis for an evolution towards agility and self-efficacy.

The interim manager has been an independent entrepreneur since 2008: first as managing partner of a software company in Stuttgart for three years, then as investor and managing director of a start-up and, since 2015, as managing partner of a consulting firm based in Constance that specializes in interim management, process consulting and project management, with which he primarily serves clients from the IT, automotive and mechanical engineering sectors.

He describes himself as a determined and balanced leader who is characterized in particular by cultural empathy and a way of thinking and acting that focuses on people as a key factor. The interim manager speaks fluent German, English and Turkish and is also business fluent in French and Kurdish (Kurmanji).
