Business, Technology, People: The holistic view makes the difference
As a broad-based generalist, the interim manager combines technical expertise as well as market and sales orientation with a solid understanding of finance and extensive experience in organizational development. With strong analytical skills and a systemic perspective on organizations, he does not look at the symptoms, but reliably identifies the often hidden causes.
He describes his approach as follows: "Growth does not happen by chance, an effective growth strategy combines a clear vision, customer-centric approaches and agile implementation. True transformation requires the interplay of many elements such as strategy, culture, technology, skills and leadership. And the willingness to let go of the past to some extent."
However, he sees his ability to mobilize people in the company for change as the most important success factor for sustainable change. His appreciative attitude, active listening and clear and transparent communication create trust and acceptance, even in difficult situations.
