After almost twenty years of professional experience as a project manager, HR manager, managing director and interim manager in HR management, the interim manager has in-depth experience in strategic and operational HR issues. His dual qualification in project and HR management is complemented by the latest methods (agile management, mentoring, TED Talks, etc.) and extensive experience in leadership development.
The focus of his interim mandates was on managing transformation projects (reorganization, development of business units (including international) and leadership development. His industry focus is on technical manufacturing industries and includes Internet/IT, retail, pharmaceuticals, engineering services and renewable energies.
