Since 2011, the interim manager has been commissioned for several HR interim projects at corporations and medium-sized companies. Prior to this, she worked for several years in various HR and outplacement consultancies - both employed and freelance, most recently as a senior consultant and project manager. Until 2002, she worked for various financial services companies as a marketing manager, and before that as a marketing manager, always with strong links to the areas of personnel marketing and recruiting.

Her main areas of focus in the field of human resources are recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding as well as personnel consulting. She has successfully supported and managed numerous projects in many sectors over the past few years. She also has extensive experience in the implementation of personnel change and downsizing processes. She has been involved in this area for many years in nationwide outplacement and transfer projects. The profile of this HR interim manager is rounded off by her excellent expertise in personnel development and the optimization of HR processes. The HR Interim Manager also coaches students at various universities and managers in the area of professional development. She is equally at home in the corporate environment as she is in medium-sized companies.
