More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an HR expert for downsizing, recruiting and personnel development, particularly in medium-sized manufacturing companies. As an experienced HR manager and public administrator with additional business management qualifications, he masters the entire spectrum of labor and works constitution law challenges. In addition to the reduction of employees, he has particular expertise in end-to-end recruiting and personnel development - from management development to talent management. The former HR manager and authorized signatory takes on interim mandates and consulting assignments in the field of HR.

In his most recent mandate (2023), the interim manager advised a medium-sized company in the packaging industry on the revision of employment contracts and the creation of interview guidelines for employee appraisals, among other things. Prior to this, he advised the German branch of a global gastronomy group as compliance manager on employment law issues and represented them in labor courts. As an employed HR manager and authorized signatory, he previously built up talent management at a mechanical engineering company and managed an extensive recruiting measure (35 hires). Prior to that, he was responsible for implementing two plant closures (40 to 100 employees).

HR professional and certified commercial manager

The expert has been working independently as an HR interim manager since 2022. Before his time as an authorized signatory and HR manager at the mechanical engineering company, he managed the HR departments of two other medium-sized companies. His clients also benefit from his experience as an independent HR consultant.

The interim manager attaches particular importance to aligning HR work with the economic goals and requirements of his clients. He supplemented his extensive qualifications as an experienced HR professional and certified commercial manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2021.

Clients and employees appreciate the interim manager's direct and authentic manner and his distinct hands-on mentality. As a skilled communicator, he is very good at taking people along with him in change processes on the one hand and often bringing about amicable solutions in tough negotiations on the other.
