More about the interim manager
The HR interim manager has a degree in business administration, a degree in education and is a certified project manager. She is also a trained HR specialist. The HR generalist has special knowledge of individual and collective employment law. She also specializes in employer branding, active sourcing and recruiting. As an interim HR manager and in a permanent position, she has managed large teams of up to 150 FTEs as well as small teams and worked in standalone positions. Her excellent SAP skills and her knowledge of English and French are particularly noteworthy.
The interim manager has worked for more than 20 years in companies of all sizes: from start-ups to SMEs and DAX-listed corporations. Her experience covers all areas of HR management: from recruiting, setting up, structuring and restructuring HR departments to negotiating and adopting collective bargaining agreements, downsizing, social selection, severance management and optimizing HR processes.
