She has more than 15 years of management experience in medium-sized companies in various industries. She is particularly strong in the strategic and operational alignment of HR organizations and HR structures as well as their processes. She provides results-oriented advice on all areas of recruitment and employer marketing. As a pragmatic project manager with strong implementation skills, she has already been successful in several transformation and change projects.

Her personal strengths lie in a positive can-do attitude as well as networked and analytical thinking. Her credo: the head is round so that thinking can change direction.
