More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in the creative modernization of HR work, particularly in medium-sized companies and family businesses. His particular areas of focus include the digitalization of HR processes, the modernization of recruiting and employer branding.

Sustainable and creative HR work: the interim manager understands this to mean, among other things, reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, simplifying coordination processes and bringing HR work to a higher level of performance overall. He sees the digitalization of HR processes as an important tool, but not the only one.

The HR specialist, coach and NLP practitioner, who trained in Germany and the USA, has more than 25 years of international HR experience in companies and HR consulting. One of his particular strengths is business excellence. As a former manager in several international hotel chains, it is natural for him to go the extra mile - for his clients as well as for the company's internal HR customers.

Most recently, the interim manager was responsible for HR transformation projects in medium-sized companies, among other things. The increased use of IT tools played a key role in this. For example, he introduced an IT solution for manager self-service in retail companies. He digitized the entire employee lifecycle at a family business. Prior to this, the interim manager was responsible for the introduction of a learning management system (LMS) and the introduction of employee retention-oriented management development in an international group.

His clients benefit from an implementation-oriented interim manager, characterized by open communication and passion in the "personnel trade". His exceptional entrepreneurial spirit also challenges his clients: the interim manager therefore prefers projects with a need for change and a strong will to improve.
