The interim manager and management consultant supports companies in designing HR policies in line with strategy, values and culture. His focus is on implementation support, shaped by many years of entrepreneurial activity and involvement in the operational business. He focuses on organizational development, compensation management including benchmarking as well as the design of processes and systems in the areas of performance and talent management on a global basis. The sustainable improvement of work results and employee satisfaction as well as clear transparency in personnel costs are key objectives of his mandates.

The interim manager has been supporting M&A projects, carve-out projects and mergers for many years. He helps to shape the target world with regard to human resources, for example by introducing function value groups (grades) and management circles. By partnering with compensation consultancies, he provides global benchmarks for salaries and benefits. It develops remuneration policies based on responsibility, performance and competencies. In the area of performance management, he creates incentive systems and strategically coherent target systems including control through lean and comprehensible processes.

The interim manager accelerates digitalization projects in the HR area and in the recruitment of specialists and managers as well as in personnel requirements planning, personnel controlling and succession planning. A key focus here is the early and proactive involvement of employees and co-determination bodies.

The interim manager's intervention adapts the entire HR architecture to the requirements of modern HR management (best practices) on the basis of analyses, discussions and benchmarks and gradually introduces it. By involving company management, management and employees and representing their interests, he achieves the highest possible level of acceptance.
