More about the interim manager
The interim manager is a generalist HR expert with particular experience in the banking world. He specializes in HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions, compensation models (compensation & benefits) and the design of company pension models. He has also successfully implemented several HR digitalization projects (management, payroll, time recording, SAP Success Factors). The interim manager seeks mandates as interim head of HR departments with up to ten employees and as head of complex projects in the aforementioned areas.
The interim manager has been self-employed since 2023. Prior to that, he was Head of HR Competence Center & Employee Experience at the Frankfurt branch of the internationally active Dutch ABN AMRO Bank, where he led two teams of HR experts. He was also largely responsible for the management of employee co-determination and regulatory issues. In his previous role as Head of Reward, he played a key role in setting up innovative digital processes for compensation & benefits and performance management.

The banking and business graduate offers clients more than 20 years of experience. He stands for strategic HR work that acts as a value driver in the company, as well as for efficient and digital processes.
