More about the interim manager
After more than 20 years as a commercial manager and managing director in medium-sized companies in an international environment, the business economist made a conscious decision to work in interim management. Since 2017, he has been offering his expertise in the areas of commercial management, accounting and controlling as well as crisis and turnaround management. As an interim manager, he loves challenges and complex project situations.
The interim manager also enjoys working on international projects. He has many years of experience in the North and South American business as well as from his time as CEO of a Chinese energy company (wind power). He prepares annual financial statements in accordance with both HGB and US GAAP. With his very good knowledge of ERP systems, business intelligence, data warehouse tools, MS Excel, MS Dynamics Navision and PSIpenta, he is able to prepare figures and data in a meaningful and transparent way - for corporate management that is based on comprehensible key performance indicators.
The interim manager is characterized by his hands-on mentality as well as his sense of what is feasible. His actions have a strong entrepreneurial focus. Clients appreciate his interdisciplinary and strategic understanding. He is often used as a trusted point of contact for company management when discussing and solving overarching tasks. In addition to his technical and analytical skills, he is characterized by conceptual thinking, persuasiveness, a very high affinity for IT and numbers - combined with a pronounced analytical competence.
