More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in two of the major challenges in HR: firstly, she puts HR work on a sustainable footing with tailor-made digitalization projects. Secondly, she strengthens employee loyalty through attractive HR programs and thus works against the shortage of skilled workers.
In her most recent mandates, for example, she developed and implemented a structured specialist career path for a technology company. Prior to this, she worked on central HR processes such as succession planning: from taking stock of the current processes to mapping the new target process as the basis for a digital HR solution. In another mandate, the interim manager developed new focus topics, processes and roles for the reorganization of HR work in the medium-sized mechanical engineering company in an analytical process with the team.
The interim manager has particular experience in setting up growing companies and expanding the digital HR infrastructure. She is certified as a user in SAP HCM and various SAP SuccessFactors modules, but also evaluates other solutions for functionality and fit with companies. As a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, she is also familiar with the agile methods commonly used in IT work.
In the fight against the shortage of skilled workers, she focuses primarily on employee retention through attractive HR offerings: Rapid personnel selection processes, specialist careers, functioning talent management programs, the identification of management trainees and timely succession planning are some of the modules that she has successfully designed and implemented in various companies.
The interim manager is also an entrepreneur herself: she has launched software for requirements profiles and structured interviews and has been a board member of the Karlsruhe Research Center for Information Technology for many years. Clients benefit from her considerable breadth of digital expertise: from SAP systems to the application of artificial intelligence - a topic on which she regularly publishes.
