The interim manager is an expert in growth, transformation and digitalization, primarily in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, with experience in the consumer goods and financial industries. Based in London, with projects in more than 60 countries and an international consulting background, he is predestined for strategic and operational C-level mandates and comparable leadership roles in ambitious growth projects.

In his most recent mandate, the interim manager prepared a feasibility study for a life sciences campus in a Gulf state on behalf of a government in the first half of 2023. in 2022, he successfully scaled the growth of a German corporate start-up for medical laboratory services in two pilot markets (UK and Italy) within a few months. In addition to rapid growth (from two to 25 full-time employees) and internationalization, he transformed the business model from a simple e-shop into a digital customer experience ecosystem. In 2020, he developed a new business model for a multinational healthcare IT and clinical research company and set up the PMO and the internal organization with 20 full-time employees. He also successfully concluded preliminary contracts with five pharmaceutical companies and three regional divisions (trusts) of the British National Health Service (NHS).

Wide-ranging international expertise: projects in more than 60 countries

The interim manager has been Managing Partner in a life sciences-focused management consultancy with offices in London and Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) since 2014. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the international management consultancy Arthur D. Little in Frankfurt for just over six years and managed numerous growth projects for clients in various industries.

The interim manager with an MBA and certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) can now look back on projects in more than 60 countries. With this international experience, his multilingualism (German, English, French, Spanish) and his great interest in cultures (he has traveled to more than 100 countries), he has acquired very strong intercultural skills, which have made a significant contribution to paving the way for successful deals in numerous projects.

Clients and teams alike attest to the expert's diplomatic skills and robust assertiveness. Two sides that are reflected in two of his hobbies: The expert is a taekwondo instructor, but also appreciates regular yoga sessions.
