The interim manager is a specialist in internal auditing with corporate experience. The interim manager gained his experience in corporate auditing at Deutsche Telekom, including as Vice President IT Audit and Head of Business Audits. At T-Systems International, he was in charge of process management and successfully managed internal IT development. During this time, he led a global program that successfully implemented a new process and IT target architecture for T-Systems. As Chairman of the Audit Committee of T-Systems South Africa, he was previously responsible for the local internal control system for five years and successfully established a new compliance and risk management system in this difficult local business environment.
As Head of Audit, he is committed to the further development and safeguarding of the company. The continuous development of auditing processes and methods is very important to him. At Deutsche Telekom's Internal Audit department, he has repeatedly succeeded in rebuilding or realigning audit areas and further developing audit processes such as auditing and audit planning.
