More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert and project manager for transformation, restructuring and digitalization projects in technology-intensive companies. He has repeatedly managed international M&A, carve-out, joint venture and start-up projects and drafted and negotiated complex contractual constructs in a national and international environment.
In one of his most recent mandates, the interim manager managed the digitalization of sales channels in 16 European countries for a subsidiary of Metro AG. This included new digital sales and order-to-cash processes, which enabled rapid market penetration in the target markets.
In a complex transformation and restructuring project in southern India, he acted as Managing Director of a company for product and software development in e-commerce, which he successfully accompanied through a restructuring process as Global CTO on an interim basis following its takeover by Deutsche Telekom AG.
In another assignment abroad, he successfully restructured the product and software development of electronic components at a subsidiary of the Gigaset Group in Poland and guided it through a comprehensive restructuring and transformation process.
