More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an HR manager, HR business partner, authorized consultant for Offensive Mittelstand, honorary labour judge, qualified psychologist and certified business coach. As an interim manager, she is responsible for strategic and operational HR management, particularly for change and restructuring processes as well as outsourcing HR processes.
As an interim manager, she welcomes problems. She describes herself as a person with a strong improvement mindset and strong goal orientation. Her thinking is numbers-data-facts-oriented. She is agile, communicative, empathetic, authentic and goes the "extra mile".
After completing her vocational training as a wholesale clerk, the interim manager studied psychology with a focus on human resources. She started her corporate career as a trainee in the Daimler Benz Group. After working as an employee for several years, she finally decided to become self-employed in 2008. Since then, the interim manager has worked in 30 different listed and medium-sized companies as well as in smaller start-ups.
