More about the interim manager
The internationally experienced finance expert is available for national and international tasks as interim CFO as well as comparable roles. He also specializes in the design and implementation of change projects and transaction support for M&A and post-merger integrations. His focus is primarily on companies with international development and production that are exposed to high cost pressure in a highly competitive industry. His international assignments include corporate headquarters, production facilities and R&D centers in Germany, Portugal, Malaysia, Israel, China, Malaysia and the USA.
The interim manager has been working in finance functions for large (listed) manufacturing companies and medium-sized companies with a family and/or PE ownership structure since 1997. He has been working as an interim manager since 2009.
His experience focuses on the following finance functions: Plant Controller, R&D Controller, Business Unit or Division Controller, Project Manager for process setup and optimization and accounting harmonization (US GAAP), M&A Manager, Commercial Manager, CFO for production plants and Head of Production Controlling in a group of companies. He has acted at both individual company and group level and has worked successfully in both project and matrix organizations.
In his management responsibilities, he has led both national and international teams. Thanks to his consistently close cooperation with technical managers at board, business unit and functional level (sales, production and R&D), he and the teams involved have always been very successful in building solid foundations and bridges, creating transparency and strengthening performance.
His clients are very satisfied with the results of his work. The renewal rate is 100 percent. In addition to his professional activities, the financial expert is a member of the Bavarian regional management of the Dachverband Deutsches Interim Management (DDIM).
