The interim manager and consultant describes himself as a "financial doctor". He supports small and medium-sized companies in securing their financial existence and in financing and controlling the expansion of their business. He also takes companies in difficulties "by the hand". He develops perspectives for the future and leads them out of the crisis.

The interim manager with teaching assignments at German universities has more than 35 years of experience in the field of corporate finance. His core competencies lie in continuous, real-time liquidity control and medium-term integrated financial planning with target/actual comparisons. He derives sustainable solutions from his analyses and implements corrective measures. He also has extensive knowledge of traditional and innovative sources of financing and arranges funding with great skill.

The interim manager held senior controlling positions in production and sales at Siemens AG. His role as commercial director of a joint venture in Vietnam was particularly influential. He also successfully restructured the sales company of a Vorwerk subsidiary in Vietnam before taking on a senior auditing role in Singapore. After consulting positions in Munich and Cairo, he has been working as an independent interim manager and consultant since 2012.
