More about the interim manager
The Swiss national is an expert in the temporary management of finance departments as well as transparency and efficiency initiatives (controlling, accounting) in medium-sized companies. One focus of his work is the introduction and optimization of ERP systems. His ability to reliably map production and value creation processes in suitable ERP systems stands out in particular. Furthermore, the interim manager offers his clients a wide range of experience in the financial integration of international subsidiaries as well as comprehensive expertise in industrial cost accounting and accounting in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. This also includes special topics such as revenue recognition.
The interim manager also offers extensive experience in the international recruitment of specialists and managers. He has repeatedly built up and expanded finance teams, including in China, North America, Switzerland and Hungary.
Interculturally experienced multilingual manager for international mandates
Before becoming self-employed (since March 2024), the interim manager held management roles in internationally operating medium-sized companies with sales of up to 100 million Swiss francs. From 2019, he worked as Group CFO of international SMEs (plant engineering, technical components for the mechanical engineering industry) with subsidiaries in Asia, India, Europe and North America. Prior to that, the interim manager led teams in China as Finance Director EMEA-Asia and was responsible for restructuring and harmonization projects as part of the integration into a large US group.
The interim manager's career is characterized by several activities abroad (Argentina, Israel, Liechtenstein) and numerous international projects (especially in Asia). He therefore has particular expertise in managing international teams and above-average intercultural skills. His multilingualism (German, English, French, Spanish) is a further asset with which he knows how to convince internal and external stakeholders in a wide variety of business cultures.
