More about the interim manager

The Interim Manager is an internationally experienced C-level executive in finance and accounting with special controlling expertise. He supports companies in the reorganization and transformation of commercial functions. He creates sustainable added value by ensuring efficient financial processes and transparent key figures. The interim manager primarily seeks mandates as interim CFO in manufacturing industrial companies. He also takes on high-profile finance and controlling projects in corporations and large SMEs.

In his most recent project, he reorganized the finance department of an international automotive supplier as Director Finance & Administration Europe and as an authorized signatory. This included the introduction of a shared service area in a Hungarian sister company. The optimization of controlling along the value chain made a significant contribution to achieving the company's ambitious goals.

Expertise from the finance organization of large international automotive groups

Before becoming self-employed (since 2023) and taking on the role of Director Finance for the European locations of the globally active automotive supplier, the interim manager was responsible for finance organizations of large international automotive groups. For example, he managed the controlling of various international business units at TRW, Linamar and Magna. In these positions, he was significantly involved in several acquisitions - from due diligence to post-merger integration. The expert gained international experience as Financial and Controlling Manager of several production sites at the French automotive supplier Faurecia in South Africa.

From his many years in international management roles, the interim manager has excellent general management expertise and a high level of social and intercultural competence. He leads on an equal footing and thus wins over the teams for solution-oriented cooperation. Clients also benefit from the interim manager's experience in association politics: until recently, he was an honorary board member of the German Leather Industry Employers' Association.
