The interim manager is an internationally experienced finance executive with particular experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager worked as a manager in the Finance division of T-Systems International for more than 25 years. Most recently, she was responsible for the commercial management of a global business unit (cost volume: 500 million euros) with a team of ten employees for eight years as Head of Commercial Performance Management. Prior to that, as Vice President Efficiency & Performance Management Delivery, she led a global efficiency programme for sustainable cost optimization and, as M&A Lead Project Manager, prepared the sale of a business unit with 600 employees.
The interim manager combines analytical excellence and outstanding knowledge of the IT and telecommunications industry. She demonstrates her IT affinity not only through her adept handling of management information systems (reporting, ERP, BI), but also through her current university training in data science and analytics at Aalen University.
