More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced finance executive with particular experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. She offers her clients excellent financial and performance management skills combined with a deep understanding of operational management and entrepreneurial initiative. She sees her role as aligning operational business and profitability goals in the best interest of the business. In Germany and Asia (China, Singapore), she has repeatedly played a key role in successfully shaping realignments, portfolio expansions and restructurings.

Further strengths of the interim manager include the analysis of large amounts of data (big data) as well as the development and optimization of 360-degree management information systems (MIS), which not only consider sections but the entire value chain - and enable solutions that sustainably increase profitability and efficiency. The interim manager also focuses on change and restructuring projects such as M&A projects and post-merger integrations. The business administration graduate has been self-employed as an interim manager since 2024. In her most recent mandate as a senior consultant, she designed a KPI dashboard for the nursing and medical management of the intensive care unit of a large German hospital at short notice.

Internationally successful manager at T-Systems with international experience

Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager worked as a manager in the Finance division of T-Systems International for more than 25 years. Most recently, she was responsible for the commercial management of a global business unit (cost volume: 500 million euros) with a team of ten employees for eight years as Head of Commercial Performance Management. Prior to that, as Vice President Efficiency & Performance Management Delivery, she led a global efficiency programme for sustainable cost optimization and, as M&A Lead Project Manager, prepared the sale of a business unit with 600 employees.

The interim manager combines analytical excellence and outstanding knowledge of the IT and telecommunications industry. She demonstrates her IT affinity not only through her adept handling of management information systems (reporting, ERP, BI), but also through her current university training in data science and analytics at Aalen University.

In addition to her professional qualifications, the expert's soft skills are also impressive. In her numerous international projects and two multi-year assignments abroad in China and Singapore, the interim manager has continuously developed her communicative strength and intercultural skills. Superiors, employees and business partners attest to her empathetic and assertive negotiation and leadership style.
