Previously, he advised a department head of a financial institution on restructuring a project to increase security standards and accompanied the project through to the completion of the first project phase. Prior to that, he coached managers and teams in the IT department of an industrial company on optimizing project process models and introducing agile elements into the traditional project world (hybrid approach).
In addition to practical experience in project work, the interim manager is characterized by comprehensive specialist knowledge. He is certified in accordance with the guidelines of the German Association for Project Management (GPM), Project Management Institute (PMI) and PRINCE2 as well as in agile methods such as Scrum. His industry focus is on telecommunications (cable, fixed network and voice), the financial world (national, central and private banks), industry, trade and the public sector - also in an international environment (DACH, France, Sweden, UK).
