More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert for HR mandates in internationally operating medium-sized companies. His work focuses on digitalization projects and the development of international HR business partner structures. As an experienced HR interim manager (since 2016) and former board member (COO) of a personnel service provider, he is adept at quickly familiarizing himself with the requirements of his clients and finding and implementing pragmatic strategies for the optimisation and digitalization of HR processes.
The interim manager's industry focus is on the medical, life sciences, retail and services sectors. In one of his most recent mandates (2023), he drove forward the digitalization of the HR department of a radiological care center with 600 employees. Among other things, he introduced software programs for the economic use of the capital-intensive infrastructure, rostering and recruiting and integrated them into the central HR information system (HRIS). in 2022, he supported the development and introduction of a new, authentic corporate culture at a service company in the leisure industry, digitized HR processes and built up and trained a team of HR business partners. In another mandate in 2021, he introduced key performance indicators for HR work in a municipal hospital and digitalized the recruiting processes.
Many years of experience in recruitment and transformation
Before becoming self-employed, the interim manager worked for a nationwide recruitment and temporary staffing company for 16 years, most recently as Managing Director and COO for the 42 German branches.
The interim manager has continued to deepen his expertise in the digitalization of HR processes - and the special competencies of healthcare-oriented applications such as Planerio - in his projects and has repeatedly experienced how medium-sized companies in particular benefit from strategically planning and implementing digitalization instead of getting bogged down in a multitude of individual measures.
Clients and teams attest to the interim manager's modern understanding of leadership. He himself describes empathy and assertiveness as the pillars of his professional approach. He has repeatedly demonstrated that his communication skills enable him to take managers and employees along with him in transformation processes and turn them into drivers of successful change.
