Before becoming a freelance interim manager and management consultant, he held a permanent position as branch manager of an international commercial vehicle manufacturer until 2020, ensuring that the business unit was able to achieve its earnings and growth targets through structuring and optimization measures. Prior to this, as Business Unit Manager of a medium-sized mechanical engineering company, he expanded the market position through strategic alignment and implementation of the necessary reorganization. During this time, he was able to gain significant experience as a co-responsible part of the transformation from a craft business to an industrial company, for example through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Total Quality Management. Earlier stages of his career ranged from project management in plant engineering to various management positions in sales.
