The interim manager is an internationally experienced expert in the design, implementation and management of operational controlling and reporting packages in accordance with international accounting standards. In view of the current economic environment, his expertise in inflation management is particularly important. The interim manager creates the best possible transparency through digital applications and robotic process automation projects: from ERP and SAP to business intelligence (Power BI). This enables his clients to react quickly and efficiently to changing requirements at an early stage. He also specializes in improving the combination of earnings, working capital and cash flow through his extensive expertise in supply chain financing and capital optimization.
Extensive digital skills and a strong international background
In his most recent projects, the interim manager has, for example, realigned the operational controlling of a medium-sized investment casting foundry in the aerospace industry as Head of Finance & Controlling and digitized it in key areas (SAP, Power BI). In the same listed company, he led the introduction of Robot Process Automation (RPA) in the accounting department. Prior to that, he was able to ensure that machine performance figures could be collected remotely and in real time in a die-casting foundry in the automotive industry and checked by Controlling.
The interim manager has a strong international background. He has worked for 30 years as a manager in (listed) corporations, SMEs and start-ups - in the areas of finance (controlling) and IT. He was also the point of contact for managing directors, shareholders, advisory boards and supervisory boards.
Projects and longer assignments abroad have taken him to Germany, France, South Korea, Italy and Switzerland. From these assignments, the native Italian has above-average intercultural skills.
