More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in the digital and media industry with more than 20 years of management experience in the areas of content business (B2C), classified media/marketplaces (B2C/B2B) and social networks (B2C). She has extensive experience in the management of complex large-scale projects.
Her focus is on supporting the operational "doing" and the transfer of digitalization and transformation strategies to companies. As a general manager, she is broadly positioned and can support the successful rebuilding of digital business models and the development of "go-to-market" strategies as well as the establishment, restructuring and dismantling of corporate divisions. In addition, the interim manager is also available as a digital advisory board member and supervisory board member.
Her personal unique selling points are in-depth technology expertise and enthusiasm (such as with regard to AI). In addition, the interim manager has profound expertise in all relevant areas of the digital value chain: strategy, business development, data, product and content.
In the course of her professional life, she has done or managed almost everything herself through her numerous development and reorganization activities and as a founder. Her hands-on mentality in combination with her business and management experience sets her apart in terms of her focus.
Her positive nature, open leadership style and integrity characterize the manager. She has the courage to break new ground, is strong in implementation, is quick on the uptake and has a goal- and solution-oriented working style. She knows how to take others along with her on her journey. She is familiar with classic and agile methodologies - and is an active supporter and experienced in the implementation of New Work concepts. The interim manager also has extensive experience in stakeholder management - both internally and externally - and is valued as a translator between the "worlds".
After studying computer science at the Technical University of Munich, she quickly took on positions of responsibility, including at Axel Springer as online editorial director of the women's magazine Allegra (the first women's magazine on the web) and as founding partner and Head of Product of the online marketplace ciao.com.
