Since 2005, the expert has been taking on projects and interim mandates in the field of business intelligence and corporate performance management. He has successfully built up or realigned service and sales areas on several occasions. He also enjoys being responsible for the management or restructuring of complex organizational and IT projects. In addition to his proven expertise in agile development at the interfaces of IT and business, the interim manager is characterized by the fact that he turns employees into participants in the projects.
After training as a data processing specialist, the interim manager began his career as an organizational programmer and later studied economics part-time. A short time later, he was Head of Organization and Information Processing at the Otto Group. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the topic of data-supported corporate management. In this environment, he worked as a consultant and project manager at Oracle, noventum (Director Consulting), MicroStrategy and BOARD Germany (Director Professional Services).
The interim manager is a committed user of agile methods for developing organizations and processes, for example as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master. Thanks to his many years of experience, he knows the market for business intelligence tools inside out and is familiar with using BI in a beneficial way from numerous projects.
