More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in value-oriented procurement. Her focus is on the development and optimization of purchasing organizations as well as digitalization (e-procurement). Based in Switzerland, the German interim manager has particularly good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and luxury goods (jewelry) sectors as well as the public sector. Clients benefit in particular from the interim manager's digitalization expertise. She knows the e-procurement market - from established systems to innovations from the start-up scene. The expert seeks mandates as an interim procurement manager for bridging and as a project manager in corporations, SMEs and start-ups.
In the recent past, the interim manager realigned the shared services in a public company with the customers. By optimizing the purchasing and invoicing processes, she was able to significantly reduce throughput times. She also managed the process for the selection, introduction and management of external employees (white and blue collar) and organized the introduction. She also developed a sustainability strategy for procurement and supported its introduction. Before that, she rebuilt the purchasing department at the global jewelry company Swarovski from scratch and developed it from a purely operational silo organization into a strategic procurement organization as a valuable business partner.
Connecting people, technology and organization - and leading them to success
Before becoming an independent interim manager (since 2022), the business graduate was Head of Procurement at Swiss Post AG and Executive Vice President Corporate Procurement (CPO) at Swarovski AG. There, as well as at Schering and Bayer, she successfully set up procurement organizations with a wide range of international product groups in direct and indirect procurement and drove digital transformations in procurement. This included the introduction of e-procurement and risk management systems, CSR programs, takeovers and the introduction and optimization of shared services.
Clients and employees describe the interim manager as extremely solution-oriented. In particular, she knows how to connect people, technology and organization in such a way that quick and sustainable success is achieved. As a leadership and career transition coach, the interim manager is ideally prepared to implement effective changes even in large organizations and to take procurement to the next level. As an executive coach and mentor, she pays particular attention to ensuring that changes are lived in the company after the mandate has been completed.
