Transformation: empowering people and organizations to tackle complex challenges
The interim manager has a strong entrepreneurial mindset, analyses comprehensively and quickly creates pragmatic solutions. His particular strengths also include preparing the ground for the next steps. As an entrepreneur, he knows that only a strong team can achieve real results. That is why he attaches particular importance to turning employees into active designers in his projects. To this end, he uses his strong ability to empower people in organizations for new tasks and coach them to the next level of performance. In doing so, it is more important to him to empower the organization and the people permanently associated with it and to leave them behind as visible brands of their own. For him, a project is successful above all when companies and teams are able to build on their success independently after the mandate.
