Expertise as an entrepreneur, managing director, consultant and communicator
The transformation expert has been working independently as an interim manager and consultant since 2022. Before that, he was Managing Director of a fashion company in Zurich for ten years. During this time, he successfully drove the transformation of the traditional family-owned brick-and-mortar department store into a young brand with a strong focus on e-commerce and a modern flagship store concept.
Before that, the interim manager was managing director and partner of an owner-managed communications agency in Zurich as well as a client consultant at major international advertising agencies such as McCann-Erickson and Matter Leo Burnett. The change coach with an MBA from the HWZ has also been certified as a consultant (CAS) for business transformation, cultural change and sustainability management at the Swiss University of Applied Sciences since 2019. As a lecturer in business transformation at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ Zurich), he also brings the latest impulses from practice and research to his mandates and consultations.
