More about the interim manager
The interim manager specializes in the procurement of marketing services. She procures everything that marketing and communications departments in companies, institutions and associations need - from IT and agency services to freelancers and MICE services (marketing, incentives, conventions and exhibitions). Another focus of her work is the procurement of IT and consulting services. The experienced buyer and lecturer provides a comprehensive 360-degree service - from researching and evaluating the market to tendering and reviewing offers and contracts, as well as negotiating them and implementing procurements on time and on budget.
In her most recent mandate, the interim manager (2022/2023) worked for a Swiss provider of sustainable energy solutions for nine months as a strategic buyer of marketing services, implementing several procurement projects in a short space of time together with internal stakeholders. Prior to that, she was an event manager at an online wine distributor and a buyer with power of attorney at a Zurich-based interior design and furniture company.

In addition to these activities, the interim manager is also an entrepreneur and lecturer. Since 2018, she has been a business mentor for women who want to start or scale their business. As a lecturer, she teaches at several KV schools, including event management, online store and purchasing management (diploma courses).
