More about the interim manager
The interim manager is familiar with all aspects of HR management in corporate groups and SMEs. She has been working successfully as an independent consultant and HR interim manager since 2004. The focus of her mandates are projects for the digitalization of HR processes: from special solutions to SAP HCM. She also frequently acts as a sparring partner and coach for managers in change and transformation projects.
In her most recent mandate (2024), the interim manager created the role descriptions for multi-project managers for an energy provider and developed the internal communication for the introduction of a new HR tool. Prior to that, she worked as a project manager in a hospital and, as a digital expert, introduced a roster and time recording program including payroll accounting for calculating time bonuses (Planerio). As Senior HR Business Partner at the German plant of a leading European packaging company, she was responsible for the introduction and optimization of HR processes in SAP HCM in 2023.
Diverse industry experience from corporations and SMEs
Her clients benefit not only from her particularly diverse industry knowledge (public sector, energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, healthcare), but also from more than 20 years of experience in companies of various sizes and structures. Before becoming self-employed, she held leading HR roles at EADS, Linde plc and HAM-LET, among others. She also has experience as an HR manager in the public sector from her work at the district of Upper Bavaria and a political foundation.
In addition to her diverse HR experience, the interim manager also offers qualifications as a business coach, mediator (univ.) and trainer for personal development. With a pronounced hands-on mentality, she is just as versatile as a project manager in corporate groups as she is as an operational project manager or HR business partner.
