More about the interim manager
The mechanical engineer is an expert in supply chain management in medium-sized and large companies. As a manager, he has repeatedly realigned and managed information and material flow processes in industrial companies. His main focus is on national and international transfer-of-work projects (TOW projects) in the supply chain process landscape. The interim manager also takes on mandates in the management of purchasing and logistics as well as customer service centers.
At a railroad and automotive supplier, the interim manager most recently initiated and managed the restructuring of logistics from a department-oriented to a process-oriented company. In doing so, he installed new personnel concepts (multi-skilling) that ensure process reliability in high-utilization and critical capacity situations. In another project, he established stable supply networks to safeguard production by setting up a supplier management system (service level agreement, work package agreement).
The interim manager's solutions are always characterized by the fact that he successfully integrates employees from different company processes and efficiently involves suppliers. He has the ability to convince those involved of new concepts and encourage them to make decisions and act independently. When analyzing business processes, he uses the skills he has acquired in consulting activities.
Clients and employees praise his results-oriented approach and the enthusiasm with which he engages others. His working style impresses employees, managers and management alike.
