He also has extensive experience in technical and commercial product optimization. In marketing, his clients benefit from his expertise in technical sales and marketing. Another focus of his work is preventive supplier management and supplier optimization.

The interim manager's effective and efficient approaches can be traced back to his positions at major OEMs such as Daimler, BMW, Audi, Opel, commercial vehicle manufacturers and automotive tier 1. He has successfully transferred the detailed cost transparency methodology he learned there and his knowledge of costing-based negotiations to other sectors such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, white goods and aerospace. In recent years, the interim manager has also expanded his knowledge of cost engineering to include holistic company evaluation and optimization. On this basis, he supports his clients in consulting and process design as well as in coaching and implementation.

In addition, the interim manager has developed extensive expertise in technical product optimization. By combining cost transparency and technical optimization, he has been able to bring about savings of between 20 and 50 percent in numerous projects.
