More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an experienced HR manager with particular expertise in performance management - from executive development to low performer management and recruiting. He also has excellent knowledge of employment law and a high affinity for IT, which he uses to good effect in restructuring projects, including redundancy plans and digitalization initiatives. In his most recent mandate as Interim Head of Human Resources (2023), the interim manager succeeded in establishing a new HR business structure at a company in the textile industry (approx. 800 employees) with an international group matrix structure. By negotiating a redundancy plan, he was able to reduce personnel costs by a high six-figure amount. In a mandate for a mechanical engineering company, as Senior HR Business Partner (also 2023), he developed a recruiting strategy and applied his labor law expertise in performance management. In another project (2020/2022), as Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding (employed) in a large medium-sized company in the energy sector (approx. 2,000 employees), he successfully set up a recruiting department with four employees. The recruiting strategy he developed halved the time it took to fill vacancies and reduced the costs for personnel services by a high five-figure amount.
In several companies, the interim manager was responsible for the development of his own team as part of his role. He also used practical and scientific methods in business (e.g. workshops, on-the-job training, team management analysis TMS, assessment centers).

The interim manager has been self-employed since January 2023 and worked in three mandates until the end of August 2023: for CWS Healthcare and SANY Europe GmbH with a generalist focus and at Putzmeister Holding GmbH as Senior Recruiting Manager. Before becoming self-employed, he most recently worked as Head of Human Resources and Head of Recruiting at internationally operating, large medium-sized companies with a matrix structure (energy, call center, IT).
