More about the interim manager
The engineering graduate is an experienced expert in the introduction and optimization of production processes and the smooth relocation of production. He prefers to help medium-sized companies introduce product lines quickly and cost-effectively by analysing and optimizing (production) processes and managing corresponding projects.
Another core competence is bringing clear structures to digital business processes. As a data specialist with a high affinity for IT, he ensures transparent process chains. As a scrum master, he is an expert in agile project and team management.
The interim manager has developed production layouts for cockpit assembly and created and implemented just-in-time logistics concepts for large automotive suppliers, among others. He is adept at reliably ensuring change projects with SAP and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems using end-to-end data and document management.
He is also very familiar with global interface management and just-in-time delivery. In another project, he was able to shorten the time required to relocate production by several months by fundamentally restructuring the process chain.
Since completing his engineering studies at RWTH Aachen University, he has been driven to analyze complex processes holistically and design them in such a way that costs and energy are saved.
His vision is to eliminate unnecessary processes and product risks and contribute to optimized manufacturing processes. In addition, the interim manager stands for reliability, sustainability, simplicity and minimizing frictional losses. As a marathon runner, he is interested in long-term success and is committed to (digital) transformation with perseverance.
As an entrepreneurial leader, he drives change processes forward and takes people with him on the journey. He is open to new ideas and wants to use his international project experience to make his clients even more successful.
