More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in the future-oriented transformation of corporate, business and leadership cultures. In more than 100 projects, he has driven the (agile) development of organizations in SMEs and corporate divisions, thereby significantly strengthening the foundations for the sustainable growth of his clients.
As an expert in positive psychology and mental health, the Swiss national with a master's degree in business administration and comprehensive coaching training (ICF-certified) has contributed to business success in numerous projects by significantly improving the performance of managers and teams.
His work also focuses on efficient strategies for talent management and new placement as well as resilience and mental health for managers and teams. The interim manager seeks mandates in companies that want to replace traditional top-down management with modern, team-oriented new work cultures.
In his most recent projects, for example, the interim manager supported the global management team at an international Swiss holding company in the development and implementation of a new management culture (positive empowering leadership). For a major international Swiss bank, he developed and facilitated global workshops on mental health and burnout prevention for managers and employees. For the Swiss workshops of one of the world's largest providers of technical services in civil aviation, he designed and led team development measures and new placements that significantly improved employee performance.
Making success easy for people - and therefore also for companies
The interim manager is firmly convinced that companies will only successfully master challenges - such as ever faster changing markets or demographic change - if they make it easy for people in the company to contribute and develop their strengths in order to achieve a high level of commitment. Accordingly, he sees his task as developing organizational and leadership cultures that enable precisely this: from vision and strategy to individual coaching.
The interim manager brings a broad range of practical experience and scientific background to these tasks. He has successfully demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills as a partner and senior consultant at Grass Group AG and as a sales manager and member of the management board at the Center for Entrepreneurial Management (ZfU Int. Business School AG). He has demonstrated his methodological expertise through a large number of certifications, for example as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC), Global Leadership Coach (PERMA-Lead) and Intelligent Leadership Certified Executive Coach. He is also a mindfulness teacher and mental health coach at Swiss Resilience, the competence center for resilience in Switzerland.
As a pioneer, he has been using concepts of positive psychology, mindfulness and resilience in a business context since 2010 to move people, teams and entire organizations towards performance optimization in a healthy way. He has advised German and Swiss corporations and SMEs on these topics in more than 50 presentations, workshops and mandates.
