The interim manager is an expert in product and growth management in technical companies - from mechanical engineering to the semiconductor and information industry. His expertise ranges from technical development to commercial management. In particular, he is adept at developing successful business models for new products in cross-divisional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and placing them on the market.
Before becoming self-employed (since May 2023), the Austrian was most recently Head of Product Lines and Senior Vice President at a Swiss-based manufacturer of high-tech components and systems for the semiconductor industry. His responsibilities there included product management and product development for hardware and software. Together with internal and external partners, he was instrumental in developing the necessary organizational structures and business processes - from product strategy and roadmaps to digital infrastructure.

This interim manager has more than 20 years of experience in development and product management in the high-tech industry. In addition to his technical expertise in semiconductor and LED components, the graduate engineer for systems engineering (FH Technik Buchs, Switzerland) offers comprehensive skills in project management, lean management (5S) and software development. He is also very adept at ensuring international quality, safety and environmental standards.
In addition to these technical qualifications, one of the interim manager's particular strengths lies in his diverse experience in implementing change and transformation processes. He is familiar with international cooperation from numerous projects, particularly with the hotspots of high-tech development in the USA and Asia.
