More about the interim manager
The graduate industrial engineer, accountant and business coach has been taking on (strategic) projects and temporary management functions in the HR sector as an interim manager since 2013. His services focus on management functions in the areas of HR and controlling (including HR IT, HR services), the introduction of HR IT systems and the establishment and further development of HR controlling.
The interim manager has many years of experience as a leader with great assertiveness and strong communication skills. High resilience and commitment are combined with a clear view of the big picture. Clients appreciate his solution-oriented approach and appreciative manner. This is why he is often called upon to mediate conflicts of interest between parts of the company or with service providers.
The industrial engineering graduate has also trained as a certified accountant (IHK) and trainer as well as a business coach. He also actively supported the first cooperatively organized change consultancy in Germany for five years - most recently as a member of the supervisory board. Before becoming self-employed, he spent more than 20 years as a department head or deputy department head in the areas of controlling and human resources, both at well-known corporations and in medium-sized companies.
