More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced C-level executive with particular expertise in the premium power tool industry and industrial precision abrasives. As an executive, he has repeatedly played a key role in developing and successfully implementing growth initiatives in domestic and foreign markets.

In his most recent role as CEO of a Swiss holding company, the interim manager developed the growth strategy for two companies in the group, among other things. By expanding the product portfolio, he succeeded in positioning the companies for high-precision industrial grinding applications in new high-growth sectors (semiconductors, medical technology). Prior to this, the graduate engineer with an MBA was a member of the management board of a Swiss subsidiary of the Bosch Group as Vice President Marketing and Development, where he was responsible for business development in Switzerland, the UK, the USA and China, among other things.

Convincing new and old target groups time and again

The interim manager, who comes from Germany and has lived in Switzerland for a long time (self-employed since 2023), offers clients the expertise gained from over 20 years as a manager in internationally operating corporations and SMEs. Long-term assignments abroad have taken him to China, Hong Kong, the USA and the United Kingdom. He has repeatedly successfully developed and implemented comprehensive transformation and change projects (product strategy and organizations).

In his approach, the interim manager always focuses on the customers of his clients in order to convince new and old target groups again and again with optimally customer-oriented products, processes and services.

In implementation, he relies entirely on the team. The interim manager knows from experience that transformation and change can only succeed if all internal and external stakeholders are pulling in the same direction. That's why he relies on an integrative management and communication culture that invites active participation and thus creates the motivation to successfully overcome even difficult challenges.
