More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an experienced multilingual expert in international HR work - with a particular focus on secondment guidelines and international remuneration policy. As an expert in international human resources management, she also specializes in global mobility and international talent acquisition and retention. In addition to fluent German, English and French, she has a basic knowledge of Spanish and speaks two West African languages (Ewondo and Bassa). She is therefore ideally placed to address African target groups of all kinds at eye level.

She is happy to share her expertise for the African continent: in specific mandates as well as, for example, in information formats for associations or working groups from industry, trade and services that are active in Africa or want to expand their activities there. Another key area is strategic HR consulting in an international context. In particular, the interim manager advises on the efficiency of secondments and/or the particularities and pitfalls of local recruitment.

The interim manager not only works abroad, but also in Germany - wherever her mostly German client companies have a need.

Working in teams or as a lone fighter: the interim manager has already successfully tested both and has been able to enjoy the advantages and overcome the disadvantages of both variants. In any case, the decisive factor for her is the self-discipline to leave her desk in good time and to ensure that she can relax and socialize through sport or leisure activities. The interim manager sees this consciously cultivated balance as her recipe for thoroughly understanding customer needs and developing carefully thought-out solutions with the necessary distance.
