More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in finance, controlling and accounting in medium-sized companies. One focus of his activities is the digital transformation of small and medium-sized financial organizations and HR administrations. As a hands-on manager, he also masters the basics of controlling and financial management. The interim manager seeks mandates as interim CFO or finance director. He also enjoys managing projects to digitalize finance and controlling processes.
In his most recent mandates (2024), he worked part-time as Interim Head of Accounting at the Swiss Diabetes Association and the Zurich Children's and Youth Homes Foundation (€95 million turnover, 860 employees). Prior to that, as Financial Controller of a grand hotel in St. Moritz, he significantly improved the transparency of financial processes and also drove forward digitalization projects such as the end-to-end billing of credit card payments. As Interim Head of Finance at a Swiss manufacturer and retailer of coffee machines (€16 million turnover, 80 employees), he was responsible for financial accounting and reporting to the German parent company (Melitta Group).
Master of Finance and Executive MBA Digital Transformation
Before becoming self-employed (since 2021), the interim manager was most recently CFO at the Swiss trading company E. Weber Cie. AG (Zurich) and a member of the Executive Board and Advisory Board of TableTop AG (Brugg). In addition to his role as CFO, he was also responsible for HR and payroll administration as well as digitalization projects such as a digital personnel file.
The interim manager's clients benefit not only from the finance professional's diverse experience in the Swiss SME sector, but also from his in-depth user knowledge of consolidation and ERP systems as well as his holistic understanding of processes (business model). In addition, with a Master of Advanced Studies in Finance from 2017 and an Executive MBA Digital Transformation from 2018, he brings fresh impetus from academia to his tasks.
