More about the interim manager
The HR Interim Manager (born 1982) is an expert in personnel recruitment and retention in the social and healthcare sector, particularly in geriatric care and in the care, support and integration of people with disabilities. Her particular strengths include the digital orientation of recruitment (active sourcing, social media) and convincing concepts for target group-oriented employer branding. She also develops employee retention programs that significantly reduce staff turnover and lower sickness rates.
The social education graduate is familiar with the various aspects of staff shortages from several different positions. Most recently, she coordinated staff recruitment and retention for 80 care facilities at a geriatric care group. This diverse activity ranged from traditional and digital sourcing to the further training of specialists and managers, the development of talent pools and application and onboarding processes through to employer branding.
After her first activities with a wide variety of target groups, the interim manager focused on the care, support and integration of elderly and disabled people. In this context, she completed a master's degree in sustainable tourism management in order to underpin the organization of trips for people with disabilities with theoretical knowledge.
The interim manager is empathetic and communicates at eye level - with a trained eye for potential. She uses this fresh view from the outside to sensitize managers and teams to necessary change processes. She always attaches great importance to working out and implementing the specific steps for change together.
