In his most recent mandate (2022/2023), the interim manager is responsible for the cross-departmental optimization of fund service processes (reporting, master data delivery, KYC) as an in-house consultant for business process management & automation at a listed global provider of real estate investments. Prior to that (2019/2022), he was Interim Head of Risk Management at a large German real estate investment company with a focus on fund-related investment limit checks (Immo-AIF) and GmbH risk management. He was also in charge of implementing the capital management supervisory requirements for IT (KAIT) and managed the operational custody account management processes at a custodian bank as interim head.

The interim manager (self-employed since 2014) has so far mainly taken on tasks in service capital management companies (UCITS, real estate AIFs) and custodians. Prior to that, he was a senior KVP expert, real estate expert and process manager at banks and in the real estate industry.

This is evidenced by his expertise in risk management, crypto custody, information security and real estate management as well as his certifications as a strategic and operational organizational developer and business coach.
