The interim manager is an internationally experienced expert for plant and production management in medium-sized companies and corporations in the manufacturing industry. As an experienced C-level executive, graduate engineer and quality manager, he has the best qualifications to increase productivity, reduce costs and realize growth. In one of his most recent projects, for example, the interim manager optimized the production of a well-known sanitary manufacturer with four locations in Germany and abroad. By expanding plants in Germany and Poland and setting up a production facility in India, he made a significant contribution to increasing the company's growth by a double-digit percentage. He and his team realized another plant expansion with a double-digit million volume in just 18 months - from plant investments to approvals to SOP. In another project, he successfully realized the relocation of production to Morocco (transfer of work) for a US manufacturer of aerospace components. This resulted in significant cost savings for the German site.

Before becoming a self-employed interim plant manager and production consultant (since 2023), the expert held positions including plant manager and managing director (Grohe, Olutex, Kranbau Köthen).
