More about the interim manager
The interim manager advises companies on the development and implementation of digital strategies in real estate management. He analyzes and optimizes processes, finds the right software solution and supports its introduction. He specializes in particular in CAFM solutions, computer-aided facility management for sustainable and efficient real estate management.
In his most recent assignment, the PRINCE2 Agile-certified interim manager was commissioned as project manager for the development of a digital real estate platform. A user-specific software was developed with which the company has a detailed overview of the group's own real estate portfolio at all times. Among other things, the data collected enables market and trend analyses and creates the basis for meaningful ESG scoring (environmental, social, governance). The interim manager also developed decision templates for connecting external data sources and innovative digital solutions for real estate management (PropTech solutions).
From business analyst to expert in CAFM and Prop-Tech
The interim manager found his way into IT as a business analyst at an American consulting firm. In this position, he acted as an interface between the real estate department (technicians, facility managers, etc.) and the IT development team. Among other things, the interim manager supported the implementation of the CAFM system IBM TRIRIGA at ISS Facility Services. This was commissioned in 2019 with the property management of around 9,000 Telekom locations in Germany.
The interim manager studied real estate management, is a certified real estate expert and worked for several years as a consultant for a Frankfurt real estate investor. He now brings his real estate expertise and network to bear for the benefit of his clients.
